It is a common problem with people who are in the process of weight loss or who are intentionally conscious of how much they are eating during the day.

But in the pursuit of counting calories, more often than not they end up neglecting the

body's signals and underestimate their appetite... This directly leads to cravings at the end of the day...

If you face this issue often then here are a few things you can do

โœ… Observe if you are ACTUALLY full or just cutting down on food quantity to lose weight. It's not good for our body to deprive it of the calories it needs

โœ… Increase the sources of protein and fiber in your meal by adding whole vegetables and legumes to your meals, this will keep you ACTUALLY full without Pilling up on too many of calories.

โœ… Fix Your Sleep Schedule, not sleeping properly can cause disruption in our hunger and satiety hormones Ghrelin & Leptin which leads to cravings.
