I provide psychology sessions to adults and adolescents, as well as parenting counselling. I value the way every person connects to themselves, to others and to their own history. I seek to create a space that is safe, where listening and trust are fundamental and where difficult emotions can be understood and where new perspectives and possibilities for change can be promoted.
