Using remote tools, coaching begins with an initial consultation and goal-specific assessments to establish clear baselines. Training is delivered in structured six-week blocks, combining resistance training, cardio, mobility, and recovery. Progress is monitored through performance data and client feedback, with training and nutrition continuously adjusted to align with stated objectives.
